The Transform Parenting Pathway
A 6-month facilitator training and mentoring journey for people who feel called to support families from pregnancy through to the first 7 years of parenting.
6 months, fortnightly | Starting Friday 19 June 2026
1:00 – 3:00 pm on Zoom | Founding cohort $4,500
Parents are drowning in information, but often starving for inner steadiness. They need someone to walk beside them not with more tips, but with the deeper support to trust themselves, attune to their baby and become the parents they want to be. This pathway trains you to hold that space.
IS THIS FOR YOU?
The Transform Parenting Pathway is for people who want to support families in a deeper way from pregnancy through birth, babyhood, toddlerhood and the early years. You do not need to have all the answers. But you do need to care deeply about families, and be willing to hold space without rushing to fix.
It may be for you if you are a:
- Birth worker, doula or childbirth educator
- Midwife or nurse
- Hypnobirthing practitioner
- Parenting educator or early childhood professional
- Therapist, psychologist or coach
- Social worker or family support worker
- Women’s circle facilitator or space-holder
- Parent who feels called to support others on this path
You need to value connection over performance, and understand that birth and parenting are not just practical events; they are profound emotional and identity transitions.
THE TRAINING PROGRAM
Six months. Twelve pillars. A complete pathway.
Over six months, meeting fortnightly on Zoom, Tracey walks you through the full Transform Parenting Pathway. You will cover 12 core pillars that take families from the inner journey of pregnancy through birth, the postnatal period, toddlerhood and into the early years.
The focus is not on overwhelming parents with more information. It is on helping them build inner resources, attunement and connection. You will learn not only the content of each pillar, but how to facilitate it: how to hold conversations, guide reflections and support emotional safety.
As a founding cohort, you will also help shape the pathway as it evolves.
This is an intimate, collaborative experience, deeply held and closely mentored.

THE 12 PILLARS OF THE PATHWAY
1
Becoming a Parent Begins Before Birth
Understanding pregnancy as an emotional, relational and identity transition, not just a physical one. You will learn to hold the inner experience of becoming a parent from the very beginning.
2
Attuning to the Baby Within
Helping parents connect with their baby as a responsive, relational being from the start, building the foundations of attunement before birth.
3
Protecting Inner Authority in Pregnancy
Supporting parents to navigate opinions, systems, care providers and birth stories without losing connection to their own inner knowing.
4
Working With Fear and the Mind
Teaching parents how fear affects the body and how to build mental and emotional resources for birth and parenting, moving through fear rather than around it.
5
Trusting the Body in Labour
Understanding labour through safety, physiology, hormones, breath, movement and body trust, facilitating confidence from the inside out.
6
Birth Choices, Advocacy and the Birth Map
Helping families prepare for birth with clarity, communication and flexibility, navigating the birth system with self-trust intact.
7
The First 40 Days: Landing as a Family
Preparing families for recovery, support, boundaries, tenderness and the profound early postnatal transition, one of the most underserved seasons in a family’s life.
8
Learning Your Baby
Supporting parents to understand cues, feeding, sleep, touch and connection through the lens of relationship, building confidence through attunement, not prescription.
9
Integrating the Birth Experience
Helping parents make sense of what happened and carry their birth story with compassion, holding space for grief, gratitude and everything in between.
10
Matrescence, Identity and Relationship After Birth
Exploring the profound emotional and relational changes of becoming a parent: identity, partnership, self and the loss and expansion that come with this threshold.
11
Building the Family Culture
Helping parents consciously shape values, rhythms, rituals, support and connection in family life, creating a home culture with intention rather than default.
12
Triggers, Loving Limits and Playful Connection
Supporting parents to understand behaviour, their own reactions, boundaries, repair and connection with young children, the inner work of conscious parenting in the early years.

Words From Thriving As A New Mum
“As a second time mum, there’s not many activities I would do twice. But signing up to Tracey’s 10 week Thriving as a New Mum course for a second time, with my daughter, was an inspired decision that I’ll never regret. Tracey has devised a 10-topic program expertly to guide you comprehensively through issues you’ll naturally want to and need to discuss as a new mum. Tracey provides a safe and nurturing space for mums to be vulnerable, to share their highs and lows, joys and fears, trials and triumphs with other mums. Tracey’s warmth, kindness and wisdom helps nourish this community each week, drawing out mums who want to speak at length whilst respectful of those who need to pass and observe the journey of others. Many of the new mums I met in Tracey’s course with my first child, and I can see likely with my second child, have become my closest and potentially most enduring friendships. I couldn’t recommend Tracey’s course high enough. It has been the highlight of both my maternity leave periods. Don’t hesitate, grab a spot. You’ll love it.”
– Natalie
“Thank you so much for creating thrive – it’s hard to put into words what it’s meant for me but I’ve tried as best I can! Happy for you to use parents or to take things out if needed. Thriving as a new mum has absolutely changed the course of my parenting journey. I am so much more confident in my intuition and abilities and am finding joy in each day with my daughter. Each week, coming to Thrive felt like a warm hug due to the sense of community Tracey creates. The content is so relevant to the transition to motherhood and I have appreciated the opportunity to think more deeply and share my own vulnerabilities, in a safe and supportive environment. This course is one of the best investments you could make in your parenting journey and for me, has meant I’ve become more in tune with my instincts and my baby and in turn, a happier, more confident parent.”
– Lauren
“This is an absolutely amazing course. Tracey is a caring and heartfelt facilitator. I cried and laughed with other like-minded women as we shared our journeys as new mothers.
Each week was like being wrapped in a warm blanket of love. It was the perfect empathy tonic during my first weeks of parenthood. I appreciated that all voices were heard and respected.”
