Ebeny was excited to give birth as she had been at her friend’s birth and wanted to experience the challenge. She did the ‘Transform Your Birth,’ course and really appreciated the focus on the partners. Now they were both on the same page.

Her waters broke at 36 weeks. She pushed back on induction, trusting that her baby would come when ready. Within 48 hours she was in labour. She shares with us the many ways she was able to find comfort during a long labour. Her breath being the key tool. During the second stage, her carers were wanting to give her an episiotomy and she refused, preferring to trust the intelligence of her body to tear.

It is wonderful to hear from a woman who enjoyed her birth, even though things got a little tricky at the end. Enjoy.
