‘”Working with Brendon on the “Thriving as a New Dad” course has been an incredibly transformative experience for me. The course itself provided valuable insights and practical tips on fatherhood, but what truly made it exceptional were the conversations with other dads on topics that are rarely spoken about. Through these discussions, I found a safe and supportive space to share my own challenges and uncertainties as a new dad. The shared experiences and perspectives of other fathers helped me realise that I wasn’t alone in my struggles and that there is no single ‘right’ way to be a dad. This understanding has not only boosted my confidence but also allowed me to approach my role with a more open and adaptable mindset. Brendon‘s guidance and the community he fostered have played a pivotal role in shaping my approach to fatherhood. I am incredibly grateful to have been a part of this course!” – past student
Gift Voucher
Gift the opportunity to thrive as a new parent! This experience will help new parents to understand the changes that take place, and give them tools and strategies to manage the intense experience of a newborn baby.
These new dads’ groups are currently held online via Zoom and are open to any new father or partner, whether this is your 1st or 4th child, in all locations. This allows dads to be home to help with baths, settling, dinner and still meet dads to talk about all the great things and areas we need support as new dads.
These groups are built on a mix of evidence-based research, parenting theory and lived experience to inform you on what some common experiences are for new dads.
