An exploration into navigating our children’s feelings and our own with compassion and connection.
Navigating anger and setting limits with ourselves and others can be some of the biggest challenges in parenting and life. This workshops explores what you were taught about these topics and how they play out in your life now.
We look at the imprints and belief systems around anger and boundaries, healthy ways to process and implement these in your life, and how to support your children with these emotions.
The workshop will explore:
- Why do children get angry
- How we can respond in a healthy way to anger
- Navigating our own triggers
- Creating healthy boundaries and limits
- Exploring our Imprints and how we can change it
This one-day workshop is a deep dive for couples to stay connected through the challenges of parenting.
Morning and Afternoon Tea provided. BYO lunch.
The day will explore:
- How to be with big feelings and emotions
- How to create cooperation with your children
- Ways to connect and have fun with our children
- How to support trauma, hurt and disconnection
- Non Punitive discipline and how it can work
- Understanding why we get triggered and what to do with it
- Navigating different parenting styles
- How to work as a team instead of keeping score
- Understanding our Imprints around anger, boundaries, self care and emotional safety
- Tips for better communication as a couple
- Creating your family values and ideal life
